Renewal Crew

Get ahead of renewal.

You're busy running crews, trucks and production lines. Tell us when your workers' comp renews, and we'll check in ahead of time.

If you'd like a second opinion, we'll introduce you to a licensed agent who works with businesses like yours.

What month does your workers' comp renew?

That's all we need for the reminder. No account numbers, and we never ask what you pay. Run trucks or a shop? Start on your trade's page.

Contractors

You've got jobs to run.

Electrical, plumbing, roofing, concrete and the rest. Workers' comp is the one that moves at renewal.

Trucking

Keep your trucks moving.

Small fleets hauling dry van, flatbed, reefer, tanker and dump. One renewal date, every truck on it.

Manufacturers

Keep the line running.

Machine shops, fabricators, welders, molders and millwork. The shop doesn't stop for paperwork.

What we do

Three things, and nothing else.

  1. We ask one question

What month does it renew? That's it. Not what you pay, not what you have, not who you're with.

  2. We check in ahead of time

About three months before the month you gave us, you get one email. Early enough that you still have room to decide, late enough that it's actually on your mind.

  3. We introduce you, if you want one

Say the word and we put you in touch with one licensed agent who works with businesses like yours. Say nothing and nothing happens.

The one question

What month does it renew?

Most owners can answer that from memory. It's the only date that decides whether a second opinion is worth anyone's time — which is why it's the only thing we ask for up front.

How a renewal actually runs →

Plainly

What we're not.

Not an agency

We're not an insurance agency, broker or producer. Nobody here is licensed to sell you anything, and nobody here will try.

Not advice

We don't discuss coverage, carriers, limits or what you pay. If you ask us, we'll tell you a licensed agent can answer that — because they can, and we can't.

Not free to everyone

It's free to you. Licensed agents pay us to arrange introductions. That's the whole business, and you can read how it works on the about page.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

What do you do with my renewal month?

We hold it, and we email you once when the month gets close. If you asked for a second opinion, we also pass your name, your trade, your size and the month to one licensed agent so they can reach out. Nothing else goes anywhere.

Are you going to try to sell me a policy?

No. We can't — nobody at Renewal Crew is licensed. If you want to talk to someone who is, we'll make the introduction, and that conversation is theirs, not ours.

How are you paid?

Licensed agents pay us to arrange introductions. You're never charged anything, and what we're paid doesn't change based on what you do or don't buy.

Who will contact me?

Us, by email, about your reminder. And if you asked for a second opinion, one licensed agent who works with businesses like yours. Not five of them, and not a call centre.

How do I stop hearing from you?

Reply "stop" to any email, or use this form. We take you off the same day.

All the questions

Pick your trade and set the reminder.

Takes about thirty seconds. One question about the month, a few about the work, and we leave you alone until it's close.
